  I switched from a competitor at the end of 2024, beginning of 2025, and I have rented 8+ times this year at National Rental Car in Yeager Airport. The Staff is Outstanding!! I've worked with several different members of the staff, and they all are so accommodating, nice, and pleasant to talk with about really anything. If you are in Charlie West and need a rental car, National Yeager is the place! They have earned my Business

  My dear friend, Ken, a 70 year old Airforce veteran, rented from the Charleston, WVa National Car Rental. This was his first time renting a car as his was being repaired. National is the only rental that takes check cashing cards as Ken does not use credit cards. He was charged more than he was quoted and never had his $300 down payment returned to him! Each time he re-rented the vehicle, he would ask for a receipt and was told their printer was down. Sadly he trusted them. His bank got in touch with him as to excessive amount from the car rental! When Ken spoke with National he was told there was a billing error that would be returned to his account along with his $300 down payment. National also said as an apology, an additional amount would be forthcoming. It has been a month. This has not been resolved. They took advantage of this kind, trusting disabled Airforce veteran. Shame on National Car Rental. Beware of Seth, behind the counter at their location in Charleston WVa.

  I always like renting from National because the pick up and turn in process is quick and, to date, I have not had any trouble with the cars they give me.
