She got everything processed smoothly, was greeting everyone that came in, and all with a smile on her face! 10/10 visit, will definitely be back!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and state inspection! I really like that they do a complimentary tire rotation with the oil change! Everyone was kind and provided great customer service! I had a 2pm appointment, I arrived at 3:30 to pick up my truck to find out it still had not been taken in the garage for the tires yet. Once the tires were on, I noticed one tire looked smaller than the others and it was. It was a full size smaller. I was then told we have no more tires in your size to replace it. A different brand tire was put on to replace this tire. The truck did not handle properly with mismatched tires. I was told this was ok. It wasn’t. Two days later I got the correct tire out on the truck. The wild part was the made no official record I their system of the mistake. I’ve contacted the corporate office and have gotten no response. Additionally, once I got the truck home the first time I checked the lugs to make sure they were tight, one was loose as it had not been tightened at all. I feel they did not ensure the truck was safe before sending me on the road.
