  I had tires put on (4) somewhere else then made an appointment to get an alignment at Mr. Tire directly afterwards. My appointment was at 2:30 and I arrived 20 minutes early. The assistant manager checked me in and took my keys and I sat in the "waiting room" for 3 1/2 hours. I asked several times about the wait and all I received back was "we're getting to it!" Finally at almost 6pm I decided I was just going to leave and then they decided to take it back. And here's the kicker... He returned with my keys and told me it was finished.. 10 MINUTES LATER! To do a 4 wheel alignment??? I was astounded and not happy at all.. so $158+ for 10 minutes worth of work and on the bill had the audacity to charge me a $15 fee for "shop supplies" . What shop supplies did he use in 10 minutes??? Very unprofessional..

  Would not recommend coming here for an alignment the shop took three hours for the alignment and did not adjust the camber. They said there was no way to adjust the camber on my vehicle due to the replacement control arm that was installed although it was matched up to the original. The next business day they were open i brought the old control arm to the location and showed them where it was to adjust the camber the nice lady at the counter scheduled me in for the next day. Took another three hours for the alignment but this time the cambers were done in the alignment as well. The man that originally had said the cambers could not be performed would not say his name as to bring this issue up but the invoice says b. Thompson if at all possible i would avoid him specifically at this location if you’re wanting work performed.

  Mr. Tire staff accommodate my request to check my tire for a leak. Although it was at the end of their shift, technician successfully plugged/patched my tire and even stayed over a few minutes while I drove a couple blocks to ensure TPMS would re-set.

  Traveling from NC to Ohio flat tire, towed in by AAA because of no spare tire access. I called Mr Tire about service and rep told me he would try to work me in . They were busy so after 3 hrs waiting I removed the tire off the truck and carried it inside to help speed things up. The rep got irate because I did this. I was trying to help .I ask him what was the problem with me doing this and he told me his people don't work outside. I understood that, but he mentioned that they could not preform some type of inspection. I just wanted my tire repaired or replaced. So a new tire was determined and the tech took forever to locate one .The tire was $308. And mount and balance was $36. plus fees total $377.21 I understand that I was traveling and customers were ahead of me but they acted like they were mad that they could not do some inspection that I was made to believe there was a charge of around $100 and That the business and tech would be reprimanded for not completing. So after 4.5 hrs and after putting the tire back on myself we were able to leave. I was not happy about the service or price of tire.
