I chose this place to tow my car to because I saw they had weekend hours. I arrived on a Friday, 15 minutes before they closed, but the person who helped me was so nice. He listened to what happened, made an educated guess as to what the problem was and went ahead and ordered the parts so that work could start the next day. Despite me showing up on the heels of their closing time, this person even called to confirm that delivery of the parts would be for the next day. Then, around noon the next day (Saturday), I got a call saying that my car was done and that it wasn’t as bad off as expected. The estimate that I was quoted originally went down almost by half. These folks knew my situation, knew I was broken down in an unfamiliar place, and were incredible honest about the work my car actually needed. Lots of integrity in this shop, and that’s rare to come by. Highly recommend.
