With no other options at the airport, I had to uber downtown and sleep at a hotel, as my family’s farm is quite a distance from the airport. I was able to secure a reservation at this Enterprise when they opened the following morning. They were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I explained the circumstances and she also allowed me to return the car to the airport at no charge. I was so frustrated with the attitude of the Alamo staff person, but these ladies quickly reminded me of how kind the people from my home state really are. Thank you for coming to my rescue.
