    I travel for work frequently, and after a long, exhausting day on the road, I made the rookie mistake of forgetting to book a rental car. I walked in stressed and not expecting much — but Makayla Persinger, the Station Manager, completely turned my day around. She went out of her way to find a car for me when I needed it most, and she did it with a smile and genuine care. That kind of customer service is rare, and it's exactly why I'll be coming back. Thank you, Makayla!

    Read, Read, Read and follow Enterprise website, sign up for reminders and there should not be any concerns, with your rental. West Virginia and Detroit Traveler - Great experience and no trip or vehicle issues...Thank You Enterprise! Note: Be transparent, for you and rental company, take pictures of the vehicle when getiing your rental and when returning your rented vehicle. This helps you with the rental, shows you are a good driver that cares about their rentals and tit helps you with your credit, if there to be any additional charges are added. (Gas, Roadside, vehicle replacement, etc..)

    Rental location (where pickup was confirmed) was not open when we arrived, had to Uber an hour away to another location to get a vehicle. When we called to extend our reservation they tried to charge us $950 for two more days. We declined and booked another (smaller) vehicle for the two days to save money. When we arrived the worker at the counter said that we could keep our current rental for $540! Why the huge price difference from over the phone and in person?! They also did not give us a military discount even though the website said the company does. The call center said because we already booked the first rental, they couldn't go back and give us the discount, but that when we picked up our second rental, they could do it for that reservation. The lady at the desk said that they could not do it, so we did not receive it. Very dissatisfied with our experience.
