Note: Be transparent, for you and rental company, take pictures of the vehicle when getiing your rental and when returning your rented vehicle. This helps you with the rental, shows you are a good driver that cares about their rentals and tit helps you with your credit, if there to be any additional charges are added. (Gas, Roadside, vehicle replacement, etc..)

When we called to extend our reservation they tried to charge us $950 for two more days. We declined and booked another (smaller) vehicle for the two days to save money. When we arrived the worker at the counter said that we could keep our current rental for $540! Why the huge price difference from over the phone and in person?! They also did not give us a military discount even though the website said the company does. The call center said because we already booked the first rental, they couldn't go back and give us the discount, but that when we picked up our second rental, they could do it for that reservation. The lady at the desk said that they could not do it, so we did not receive it. Very dissatisfied with our experience.

Our vehicle decided it didn’t want to make it so we stopped at the Charleston airport, making it just in time 20 minutes before they close. Cara Hanna was absolutely wonderful taking care of us to get us a vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and very very helpful. Thank you!!
