My husband purchased a gift certificate for full detailing, and told them what kind of car we had — a full sized SUV. When we showed up for the detailing, they told us it was an extra $50 for third row seats. Then they called once the detailing had begun to tell us it would be an extra $150 for pet hair, even though no pets had ever been in the car. They recanted that and said it was human hair. We refused to pay it and they “waived the fee.” After picking the car up, we noticed the cargo net in the trunk was gone. We went back to get it, and they tried to give us two different ones, neither of which were the net for my car. They never found the net for my car, and now I have to replace it.

Just know that if you have EVER had a pet in your car since you’ve bought it- doesn’t matter if the animal has been in a carrier or in your car for a brief moment- if there is ANY trace amount of pet hair that you can pick up off the carpet, you’ll get charged $55 dollars for a full pet hair treatment. Nevermind that vacuuming is included already in the full detailing price. Nope. Doesn’t matter. You’ll get charged more for full pet treatment. Just want others to know beforehand so that you don’t prep for it all and get there that morning and have that surprise waiting for you.

Sterling was an exceptionally courteous and understanding person. The job was very well done and completed exactly by the time they said they would.
