I will now use Auto Zone in Cross Lanes because of the service your associate Josh provided. I had recently purchased new lightbulbs for my headlights at a different auto parts store & an employee from that location installed the lights for me. The lights were very dim and not lighting the roadway well at night. Thinking I had received some faulty bulbs from the previous store, I stopped into a different chain, Auto Zone in Cross Lanes, asking to buy new bulbs for my headlights. I explained my issue and Josh asked if I’d mind if he took a look at them before I purchased new bulbs. He checked them & the bulbs hadn’t been inserted correctly at the previous auto parts store. He fixed them and I immediately saw the difference. I don’t need new bulbs after all. As busy as he was, Josh took his time to help me and provide excellent customer service. He offered to help me when I had just asked to buy new bulbs. I may not have had to purchase anything on this trip because of his kindness & excellent customer service, but I will now use this location as my family’s auto parts store. Thank you so much Josh!
