- MMMichele MansouriOct 10, 20251.0As a previous reviewer stated, I made a reservation only to be told they had no cars. The woman at the service counter could provide absolutely no assistance. The Enterprise counter next to Alamo also had no cars, and there were no other open counters. When I asked why no one contacted me-she had no reasonable explanation. I had to uber to a hotel, and wait until the next morning to find another agency in Charleston who assisted me with a rental. I was told by the downtown agency that that Alamo at CRW “is a mess”. Beware renting from them. Being stuck in CRW is very different than most locations. Options are extremely limited. A lot of people visiting have quite a distance to go to get home or to a family’s place, and Uber is generally not an option.

Now my wife has been stuck at this airport for hours with no help from them. Poor customer service. Absolute trash of a company.
