- Z1zman 101123Jan 23, 20261.0Kimberly and Tiffany need to have better customer service skills came into the area to get a vehicle and Tiffany started with an attitude as soon we came in because she was thinking I was underage , than got to payment method and realize my dads name is on the card so she said she couldn’t go any farther when I try to ask her why she said it’s our policy but I told her the manager did It last time for us no problem with the same card , now i asked for her manager she said Kimberly was in a meeting and i left but never got a call came back 20’mins later to have the owner of card with me and waited for 20’munutes while they was taking care of other customers just for the manager Kimberly to say we won’t be doing business with you because Tiffany said you cussed at her . Tiffany is a very rude and non polite I don’t see how she is working for enterprise at all .maybe send her to a different location she will make yall lose bunch of money and Kimberly will cover her tracks up !
