  Absolutely fantastic experience! Last minute rental due to an electrical issue when my car needed towed. Enterprise was there for me!!!!

  Kimberly and Tiffany need to have better customer service skills came into the area to get a vehicle and Tiffany started with an attitude as soon we came in because she was thinking I was underage , than got to payment method and realize my dads name is on the card so she said she couldn’t go any farther when I try to ask her why she said it’s our policy but I told her the manager did It last time for us no problem with the same card , now i asked for her manager she said Kimberly was in a meeting and i left but never got a call came back 20’mins later to have the owner of card with me and waited for 20’munutes while they was taking care of other customers just for the manager Kimberly to say we won’t be doing business with you because Tiffany said you cussed at her . Tiffany is a very rude and non polite I don’t see how she is working for enterprise at all .maybe send her to a different location she will make yall lose bunch of money and Kimberly will cover her tracks up !

  I rented a vehicle from them on 12/23 through my insurance due to an accident. I had the vehicle until January 5th. When picking up the vehicle, I was advised to get my $100 deposit back once returned. & that my card will be charged 7.30 daily. As days passed, I noticed that my card was not being charged, so I called a few days in a row and no answer. It even would automatically transfer me to another local branch and still nothing. I returned the vehicle exactly how I got it, full tank of gas, no damage on 1/5. January 13th and still no deposit back into my account. I call to check on it and I was told it should have already been deposited back into my account. Today, January 19th, I call back again to see what the hold up is and the only answer I got was “I’ll email you the invoice” … after hours go by, no invoice. He even verified it before we got off of the phone. So I decided to call a higher up number, apparently they “tried” to run my card but it wasn’t working and that they took the deposit for the days I had it plus a few extra dollars. If there was an issue with my card why didn’t I receive a call to let me know. Which I highly doubt. My online banking tells me when something has been declined. I truly wish there were other rental companies as this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me or a family member.

  We picked up our rental the morning after Christmas so of course it was busy! When we arrived, we noticed there was only one worker in the office, Kimberly O. She was not feeling well but she still showed up and did her best to get everyone in and out. She is an excellent employee who deserves some sort of recognition for showing up and working alone on such a busy time of the year. Our rental vehicle was clean, had ample space for all our luggage, and enough seating for the whole family. I appreciate Kimberly giving us a few options when we arrived to make sure we had a car that met our needs. We will continue to chose Enterprise because they have unbeatable customer service and pricing.
