Wasted my time and tried to give me an incomplete set. I bought a valve cover gasket online. Picture on the website showed external gasket and tube seals. They tried to just give me the outer gasket, even after seeing that it is shown with both on their own website. Everywhere else online also sells this gasket with the tube seals for this engine….

Ezekiel has got to be the most lazy employee I’ve ever met. He is not worried about helping you at all. You will get more help from a stranger in the parking lot. Go across the street and see someone who wants to help at advance ask for Bradley.

I was really planning on this being a 1 star, negative review. The young woman who was working is incredibly rude. I had a question for her about windshield wiper blades, and she was clearly aggravated that I was interrupting her task of restocking the shelves.
It was a simple question of what the difference was between two different types of Bosch blades, to which she answered, "I have no idea", and then went back to stocking the blades. When I asked her what size I needed, she again was visibly aggravated that I was asking her a question, and told me to "just look it up in the book".
I was very close to walking out and going across the street to Advanced Auto, she was that rude and brusque. I didn't, and just did a few searches online to get the answer to my questions, and grudgingly bought them.
When I got out to the parking lot and was trying to install them, it wasn't as easy or straightforward as my previous ones were, and I was struggling a bit trying to get them on.
Just then, Justin came out and after he was finished helping another customer, I asked him if he could help me figure out how to install them, and he had a completely different attitude. He genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. He was super polite, smiling, and had very amiable. I didn't feel like I was a burden to him.
Within just a few minutes he was able to help me get them installed. Justin provided excellent costumer service, and is really the only reason I will continue to shop at this AutoZone. He turned what was a very negative experience, into a very pleasurable one. Thanks Justin, I appreciate you.
