They asked to check my coolant and I agreed and said it was fine. However, soon after my visit, I started to experience my engine overheating and it turned out they hadn't fully checked the coolant and the reservoir was nearly empty. Will not be returning.

Showed me the dipstick so I could confirm for myself the correct amount of oil was put in. I had just recent put new tires on my truck and the installer put them all to 65psi. I asked if Valvoline employee could double check all four tires and put the rears up to 70psi since I was pulling a heavy trailer. They gladly and quickly did that for me.
