  During my 55k mile tire rotation and check up appointment, I described an issue that concerned me, and the service department took me seriously. They came out to explain their plan to try to identify the issue, and they let me meet their lead technician who was personally investigating it. From day 1 they've worked hard to build my trust. THIS is why I choose to drive from Fairmont to this service department. I really appreciate the videos with explanations I receive as they check various aspects of my car. I don't wonder what or if they're checking things - I see it, too, and hear what they have to say about it. Because of those transparent videos, I have insight into what I can expect now and in the future. Outstanding customer service and professionalism is experienced across all levels of this operation.   After trying a few Toyota dealerships closer to home, my husband and I followed a billboard to Buckhannon Toyota—and we’re so glad we did. We were greeted on the lot by Gary Owens, who immediately made us feel welcome. Even without an appointment, we drove home the same day in my dream car: a Lunar Rock 4Runner! Gary was fantastic to work with. He made the car-buying process simple and stress-free, never pressured us, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Zack ensured the paperwork process was smooth as well. This was the best dealership experience we’ve ever had.

  Purchased a 2026 Grand Highlander a few days ago. Our Salesman Coleton Shahan went above and beyond every step of way. From our initial inquiry about the car to having both the models side by side that we were considering purchasing so we could compare. He was great to communicate with and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and there features. Even followed up a few days after to make sure we were getting along well with the car we purchased. Can’t say enough about the positive experience we had here. We will definitely recommend Coleton and buckhannon Toyota to anyone needing a new or used vehicle.

  Excellent communication and work by salesman Coleton Shahan. One of my best experiences at a dealer by far, he made purchasing a car out of state very easy. After getting tired of shady local dealers, I reached out to Buckhannon and had a deal made by the end of that same day. Their service was so great, the 3hr drive to get the car felt like a no-brainer. Happy to spend my money at a business that values their customers' time.
