  I hate being this person because I’m a very laid back person and trust people to do their job. I don’t want to name names on the internet. I came in for an oil change. That’s all I wanted. The guy tells me that it’s recommend I change my spark plugs. I know absolutely nothing about cars or anything to do with cars so I trusted him. I figured they were getting ready to go bad or something so I told him to fix it. He said my oil cap was leaking a bit and they could put a sealant on it. Okay, that’s fine, I told him to fix it because I only have one car and I work an hour from the hospital I’m employed at. I need my car. Total cost was 741 dollars I really didn’t have. It took all my savings/back up money. After talking to my parents, I feel like I was swindled out of my money when I just came in for an oil change. Why are they looking at something that had nothing to do with the oil change? Instead of saying “it’s recommended” the guy could have said “if you’re not having any problems with the car starting then I wouldn’t change them BUT it says that it’s recommended. The choice is yours”. It’s obvious I knew nothing about cars, why wasn’t it explained more? Now when I get to a certain speed on my car, my steering wheel shakes. I refuse to go back and get swindled out of more money. I’m taking my car to someone else. I explained what happened at my work place because I wanted to see what their thoughts were and wanted to see if I was just being overly dramatic. Even they’re shocked at the price I had to pay!! They’ve even said I got swindled.

  I love coming here Gerald is amazing they always help and are very female friendly and try to do everything they possibly can to help. They tell you upfront what’s wrong with your car and don’t try to scam you into getting more services then what actually needs done

  Very helpful,incredibly informative and patient without any hassle. Gerald will take care of you and work with you. . But be sure to double check your pricing because if you don’t, you could be paying extra. I did not pay attention and had to do extra legwork to get $300 in credit that was promised to me, but was not applied. Overall, I’m satisfied with their work just pay attention to their Promises
