  We had an unexpected flat tire during a road trip and stopped at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, professional, and quick to jump in and help. They understood we were traveling and made it a priority to get us back on the road as soon as possible. In less than 30 minutes, they had replaced the tire and even took care to properly store the donut back where it belonged. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. It’s not often you find a shop that combines speed, skill, and genuinely great customer service. We really appreciated the care they showed and wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again if we’re ever in the area.

  We stopped at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers during a road trip after getting a flat tire, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. They got us in immediately, treated us with so much kindness and respect, and made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, within 30 minutes, we had a brand new tire installed and our donut tire neatly put back in its original spot. It’s rare to find service that’s this fast and this thoughtful. We’re so grateful to the team for getting us safely back on the road so quickly. Highly, highly recommend!

  Easy to schedule online. Quick appointment time. Repair was explained thoroughly to include cost. Fast turnaround on actual repair (muffler).

  I was taken care of very well.! I showed up unannounced with 3 young kiddos in hopes of getting help with putting my tire on the rim and then onto my car. I was in the process of heading to the Pittsburg International Airport to pick my son up and had my spare tire on at the time of arrival. They had my car up on the lift almost immediately and was in and out while also charging me a basic low price for the labor! Thanks to the crew at Monro I was able to get to the airport with my kids safely amd on time!

  As we were traveling from NY to SC, my AC decided to go… I looked up the closest repair shop and we stopped here. The guys took us right away and had it fixed with an hour. Mike and Troy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They saved us in the heat. My AC has been working well and I like that I have a 1 year warranty. Thanks Mike for all your help!!!!
