  My rental car was reserved, we called and made sure they were open till 10:00 They confirmed they would be. Myself and two other sets of people Are stranded at the airport because they are closed. Absolute liars. Go to another rental company.

  Turned in a rental on a Thursday.... no person manning the National counter, so I left the keys in the drop box wrapped in my rental agreement... when the National personnel finally arrived for business one day later, they charged me for a full additional days rental, because they have no clue that checking the drop box on a daily basis might actually be a good idea. Total clown show.

  After calling the main office on the 6th to rent a car for one day on the following, 7th. I had cancelled my insurance as i put car in storage while I go to Thailand for a few months. Told main office and said i would take your full coverage. All was ok. Pick-up at noon the 7th. Found a ride from 30 miles away. Got dropped off only to find they would not rent to me without liability insurance. Had told main office they said ok. At any rate i lost my temper. Was there now with no ride home. Was going to see my son before i left. Final review. Had rented with National forever. NEVER AGAIN. Went to Avis and was done right. Sorry National. Your girl behind the counter in Clarksburg sucks.
