- CCCalebJul 14, 20251.0My Gf and I took our 1999 chevy tahoe to get just a wheel alignment so we go in and the guy on front desk kept asking me if I needed anything else other than a damn alignment like 5 different times and I said no finally he tells us to go in waiting room to wait so we did not even 15 min later technician takes me to look at sum first it was about just some minor rust I wasn't worried about and I told him I have a parts tahoe to fix it then he shows me that my drivers side lower ball joint somehow magically falls out and ik those ball joints are brand new and are good and I noticed he purposely took it out to try and scam me into a new lower and upper control arm I told him no put it back together I saw where we're there was surface rust and it was shiny or scratched from him beating and trying it out so he put it back together and me and my friend are gonna repress them in there and weld them and take it to get alignment done somewhere else please everyone watch for them doing this stupid stuff it takes common sense to watch for this ask a friend if anything who is mechanically inclined to check before you take it anywhere so you can tell them that's funny my friend just said that was good and showed me.
- THTrey HanningDec 1, 20231.0Had an appointment for and alignment and to get 4 new tires put on my truck, my appointment was at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning, people who were there after me getting tires done were out before I was, and my truck was never aligned. Absolutely ridiculous charging me for the alignment and never doing it but saying it was. That's some shady work, wouldn't recommend taking a bicycle here let alone your daily driver car/truck
