  I've been here a few times since they opened and jokingly mentioned that I was upset I didn't get notified that Mazda was moving here. We desperately needed a Mazda dealership in the area. I met most of the team here and had them inspect my car. Outstanding service, outstanding people. I plan on buying my next vehicle at this location and I highly recommend Mazda to anyone. I have owned 4 Mazdas now and truly love the brand. Noah is my go to guy, very knowledgeable, very friendly and not pushy at all. I pass by and he already knows what I'm interested in. He lets me look at the different models, trims, and colors. I'm a car enthusiast and love knowing about my favorite brand and the new updates.

  I had an amazing, first class experience at Bridgeport Mazda. Typically, going to a car lot creates some anxiety for me due to the anticipation of having to haggle with the staff to get a decent deal. This was not the case at all with Bridgeport Mazda. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The staff were very informative about the different car models and their features without putting any pressure on you about purchasing a vehicle. They truly seemed invested in making sure that you got exactly what you wanted at a good price. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car go to this dealership! Fantastic all the way around as far as professionalism, price, quality, and friendliness!

  I was looking to purchase a car and I went to Mazda and was overwhelmed by their professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. They went out of their way to make me feel like I was a valued customer, and they didn’t make me have to bargain back-and-forth about everything.( I hate that about most dealerships.)They gave me the base price that they would offer me, as well as a generous amount on my trade-in and I am thoroughly pleased!! Tyler and Trey both were thorough in their explanations of how to operate the car, what the car would offer as far as features, and how to use them. They checked over the entire vehicle before I took it and made sure everything was perfect. You just can’t ask for any better treatment and service than that!! I would suggest to anyone who starts a car shopping experience – go to Bridgeport Mazda. It’s definitely worth your while.

  My sales woman was Anna, and she was amazing to work with. The staff was very friendly, and was more than willing to work with my budget. This is definitely a great place to buy a car if you’re in the market, I definitely would recommend them!
