- JWJoey WisemanSep 5, 20251.0I placed an order at 9 am for same day delivery from the Bridgeport location. 7 hours later still no parts and I am less than .5 miles from the store. I call and get an employee who tells me they do not do same day delivery at this location even though the website offers it. He proceeds to tell me it would most likely come from Grafton and I may or may not get it but there was nothing he could do. So now I have nothing but a bunch of useless babbling and no tool. Nothing but a bunch of clowns.

The second time i was here, was within the last week, when Sean went far above his duties by helping me with an electrical problem on my work truck. He spent at least an hour helping me figure out the issue and dove in fully to help me get the truck back to work so that my boss didn't have to hear some bad news. Not only was he polite and professional, but when i asked him if he needed to go help anyone else instead of helping me do tedious things with my truck, he assured me that everything else was being handled and that he was more than happy to help. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, and I hope your Mustang is doing well. I'd also liek to thank the other employee who gave us a helpful idea on the issue and who handled other things so that Sean would be free to help me. You guys rule, thank you for everything!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
