Arrived today after taking off work only to be told they didnt have my windshield in stock. I recieved numerous text messages leading up to my appointment time yet not courteous enough to give a heads up that my windshield was not available. After the fact, I was told by many that they use low end glass for their windshield. Ended up being a blessing in disguise because I'll be getting a top tier replacement directly from the dealer. If your insurance company insists on safelite push back and refuse. I wouldn't be surprised to hear they have a partnership of som sort. The insurance person gave a hundred reasons why I should only use safelite. Bridgeport WV location I would not recommend. The attendant was rude and unapologetic. No manager is on staff to talk to or complain to either. Not acceptable service. A day without pay and still a broken windshield!
