  My experience today was absolutely wonderful. I came in yesterday to get a part ordered, but there was a mixup when the part came in today and it wasn't the part I needed. The gentleman (I'm assuming a manager) was quick to fix the issue and went over and beyond. He was polite, efficient, and made this whole situation less stressful. As someone who doesn't have experience with working on a car, I was overwhelmed and had no clue what to expect or how to fix it. He explained how to put the parts together (they come in multiple pieces) and answered any questions I had. It's safe to say If I have anymore issues I will be coming here. ☺️

  I had a really great experience at this store. I came in with my car literally failing me, and Bryan the e manager helped me so much. He got my car all the way back together, replaced my battery, my filters, and filled my tire. All with a smile on his face. And taught me a few things too! Thank you so much.

  Called got put on immediate hold sat for 5 min hung up called back got put on Immediate hold again sat another 5 min ended hanging and calling across the street. I understand helping the customer in front of you but they are already in the store that’s half the battle the ones on the phone are potential sales that sometimes you can’t get back

  I've drove all way there due to suppose be open til 9 to get a part but got there 8:40 which they was closed! This is ridiclous follow your posted hours or fix them!
