  Excellent service. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They kept me informed as to how long it would take to get the job done. I received all I needed. I am very satisfied with the job and the staff.

  I scheduled a windshield replacement through my insurance and picked safelite because when I lived in SC they always took care of me and I never had a bad experience. First of all, they had no appointments available for over 2 weeks. No worries, I scheduled the first available appointment. The first time they were supposed to come out, I had to reschedule due to illness. The 2nd time they were supposed to come out they called to confirm and they had the wrong "type" of vehicle put down- they said they had my VIN wrong and my insurance agent must have made a mistake (I actually work for the insurance company and submitted it myself and there was no mistake with the VIN on the insurance end). I gave them the correct VIN and they realized they didn't have the right windshield and would have to order it. That took another week. The day of my appointment I was told I needed to reschedule because of rain. I rescheduled to go to their shop this time. Finally the day of my appointment I get there and wait in the lobby at the reception desk for 10+ minutes without being helped. When the guy finally came out and took my keys I was told it was" won't take more than an hour". As I type this it's been 2 hours. I still don't have my car back. Also I get this is a shop full of men but if you have a bathroom that your customers use maybe try to keep it clean. I had to walk across the street to Burger King to use the restroom because there was pee all over the toilet. Grown men can't keep a bathroom clean. Gross. I will never use this shop again under any circumstances. Safelite itself might be a good name, but these guys don't care to give a good customer experience and it shows.

  Not only was it the right fit and convenient they come to me the worker who come was so great with my baby girl her interest and wanting to be a part... the boy who came was beyond amazing with her and my vehicle

  The tech that did my work was awesome. He completed my replacement and recalibration on my windshield in a timely manner. He vacuumed out my car and cleaned all my windows. If you have to get a window replacement I would definitely recommend Safelight.
