We’d taken a short detour to the National Park during a cross country trip and ripped a gash in a tire. The shop was busy, but they got us back on the road with a compatible tire shortly after closing time at 6:00. Special thanks to the workers in Beckley who stayed a bit late to help us out.

In October 2025, I was visiting Beckley from out of state and discovered what I thought was a problem with my car's brake system. It was about 5 PM, so there were not many options to look at the problem immediately. However, I saw Mr. Tire was open until 7 PM that day and had a good rating with hundreds of reviews on Google. I quickly went there before they closed. The woman manager/service writer and the guy technician working there that evening were so helpful and kind! They quickly fixed my car's problem right then and there despite not having an appointment. They treated me so well. I very much appreciate the help these two excellent Mr. Tire employees gave me. Because of them, I was able to continue my travel as planned without any interruption. Thank you so much!
