Just now, at about 6pm this evening (March 16, 2026), my son is driving through Beckley on his way back to college and got a flat tire. He called to see if they could help him with an emergency tire replacement, and the guy who answered the phone told him they were booked and couldn't help. My son told me he explained his situation and the guy gave the impression that he didn't care.

The car rides much better with the new brakes and rotors. I appreciate the fact that I received a call to let me know exactly what was needed before the service began, and I received a call within 2 hours letting me know it was ready. The only issue I have is that when I made the appointment, the price I was given was $250, but when I picked up my car, it was $571. I understand that I needed brakes AND rotors, but I also explained that to the customer service agent and verified multiple times, "That is the price for brakes AND rotors?" She said yes, $250 per axle. I only have 2 axles on my car and only one axle was worked on. That is a HUGE discrepancy in price.
I posted about 2 weeks ago Lion Left I want to take that back and apologize I was explained why the price was 5' something I totally understand. I recommend Mr tires Auto If you need service They would take care of you and work with you so I'm changing my one star to five stars if I could give any more I would but five is all they allow keep up the good work Mr tire Auto service.
The day before a 9 hours road trip ; I broke the metal piece of the air valve while trying to put more air in a tire. Came in thinking I had to wait forever ; the gentleman in the front was so nice , telling me that it was a common thing and got my car right in ! They only charged a minimal amount; it’s nice to know that they don’t try to take advantage of a person who obviously wouldn’t know anything about cars ❤️

Had an appointment at 6:30 pm to get new tires put on, an oil change, and brake fluid checked and filled if needed. I called twice, once earlier in the week, and once the morning of my appointment, to ask for a quote on a list of parts. The first time I was told the manager would call me back to discuss, they never did. No big deal. The second time I called I was just given a generic estimate with numbers pulled from nowhere. When I came to my appointment, I walked in and the staff looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there. Told me they couldn't do my brakes because the 'brake guy' already left and acted like just swapping the tires was an inconvenience for them. They forgot about the oil change, so that was also not done. It took them about an hour to dismount my old tires and mount and balance the new ones. Tires were inflated to completely wrong, non-spec pressures that weren't even consistent from side to side or from front to rear. Courtesy inspection was not completed. I knew the car had certain pertinent issues like the front brake pads being at the state limit, this was not checked. Overall I would say I'm mildly disappointed with the service I received.
