- KPKris PopovichOct 6, 20255.0While travel back from North Carolina to Ohio, I had a very back rattling and a chirping coming from my left tire. Traveling thru the West Virginia mountains I found this location and called. Without hesitation they said to bring it on it for them to look at it. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly by Summer. Bobby and William looked at my car found the issue immediately, repaired, test drove and sent me on my way! The speed, accuracy, friendly knowledgeable from this shop, I will forever be grateful for and highly recommend! Keep up the great work!

Got a flat on the highway, called ahead to make sure they were open since it was Labor Day, Summer answers and says they are in fact open. We limp in a little over an hour before they close, to find out they didn't have that exact tired in stock. We are hours away from home and need to be at work and get kids to school the next day. Brett says let me do some looking. He starts calling out tire sizes for Summer to check inventory and they find one that will work. We walk down the road to grab food as they pull the car into the bay. On Labor Day they stayed a few minutes late and blessed us with the ability to drive home. Also the price was fantastic! They treated us like we were local customers who had been coming to them for years.

We called them and managed to drive to the Beckley WV location and that is where we met Brett Clay the service manager and Summer. They both went above and beyond to help us and get us back on the road. I highly recommend this location and would deff use them again if I am in Beckley and come across any issues.

We were traveling from Ohio to South Carolina on a busy Friday evening with our rental car when around 10:30pm we heard a huge clang whenever we hit our breaks. We stopped for a hotel in beckley and went over to GoodYear first thing in the morning. Brett immediately got us in, found the issue and got us back on the road. We stopped at another mechanic who brushed us off without batting an eye. I’m sure Saturdays are very busy but they still took their time to make sure all tires and breaks are ok and replaced what needed replaced. (Last minute at that!) thank you Brett and team!
