- JJJames JamesAug 25, 20251.0Sarah the manager needs better communication with her staff members especially when taking a returned part and sending them away without the part or receipt or our money back then go to grab the card thay was used (becuz we left it and it was needed understandable) but before I walk out I ask her if we need anything to show that we just returned the part and continue where we left off... well we get back she's not there and nether is the other guy so now we have nothing to show to them or any note from them letting them know . And even after explaining to the rocky young guy that claimed he was a manager but no manager ability to do anything was so arrogant it was pittiful... all he had to do was say " she didn't leave a note or anything but let me step to the side and see if I can get ahold of her for you" instead he says " nothing I cam do about it you'll have to come back in the morning which would've been OK but we had NOTHING to show and whos to say she would remember us? Or if she's not running a scam or something like all we said was "ok ill call the cops then " thats when young boy took it as a personal i sultan or threat like what?? And then he called someone then hands us cash out the register without anything so couldn't give us cash? But ended up giving us cash and keeping $5 may I add becuz he didn't even give us what it costed 🙄 go anywhere but here and im calling corporate in the morning I have time stamps of everything we will run those cameras back!... the issue was the fact they took they part back without giving us any paperwork to show other employees so therefore we had no refund, no part and no paoerwork... bunch of scammers at this location
