    Had an unexpected delay in Beckley/. Erica was amazingly helpful in local guide of community and helped our group of 15 spend a day.

    Erica was oustanding and went out of her way to get me into a truck after another company canceled my reservation 10 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. This location is full of great, friendly people, and I highly recommend using them for all your rental needs.

    I rented a van online from this place and when I called the day before to check on it I was told my reservation would not be honored because they didn't have a van available. Reservation at this place means nothing. I had already paid to have movers help me move. This place is a disgrace
