I was a repeat Enterprise customer at this location, (means nothing to them), and rented a weekend rental at Raleigh County Memorial Airport Returned the car Sunday night and flew out, forgot I still had the keys. Sent the keys Next Day Air to the location on my rental contract Monday AM. Fedex was unable to deliver the keys because the rental location was closed (for 2 days)?? Without notice I received a CC charge for $499.60 (Rental was contracted for $189) -Since have dealt with extremely rude employees over the phone, been on hold for 18 minutes and then hung up on, had to pry the Managers name out of a extra rude employee, and have yet to recieve a call back from the Manager of that location. Businesses that run like this are doomed to fail.
