- KBKate BApr 22, 20261.0I was losing pressure very quickly in my tire - called them and they said they would take a look. 15 mins after I arrived they tell me the valve stem was the issue, that they fixed it and found nothing else wrong with the tire. I woke up the next day to 6PSI in said tire, and had no other choice to try and make it to sheetz to fill the tire. By the grace of God I made it and was able to go to a different tire shop that said I had a nail in my sidewall and I needed a new tire. Got the fix - but was disappointed in NTB. I don’t reckon they actually looked at my tire, which is disappointing and left me in a bad way and could have been worse than it was.

As soon as I came in Drew was wonderful, he listened to the problem with my tire and they immediately got to work on fixing it. Drew is very professional and at the same time treated me with kindness. Which is rare in this world today. I would definitely recommend bringing your car for any services you may need. Drew made my hard day a little easier! GO NTB!!
