  There was a problem with our a count and Carey was so kind to take her time to straightened. I was pleased with her. The manager was very rude and called Carey down in front of customers. I would have said something myself but felt it could hurt Carey more. Not professional at all.

  Love love love this place. They do a fine job in a short amount of time. Very courteous and on point. The assistant manager Josh Pendleton has them marching to a damn good beat!

  I had a monthly subscription with this car wash and attempted to cancel after no longer living in the area. There is no way to speak to an actual person, neither the local location nor the corporate number allows you to talk to anyone. The only option is email. I sent my first cancellation email in December 2025 and received written confirmation on January 5, 2026 that my membership was canceled and that I would not be charged again. Despite this, I was still charged on January 13, meaning the cancellation was clearly not processed. I have since sent multiple follow-up emails requesting a refund and have received no response at all. Being charged after receiving confirmation of cancellation, combined with the complete lack of customer service, is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend signing up for a subscription here unless you’re prepared to jump through hoops just to cancel and get your money back.
