We found a tire shop which was too busy to make the repair, but they recommended NTB which was nearby. When your competitors recommend you, then you are definitely doing something right. The gentlemen at NTB found and repaired the problem our local tire dealer had failed to repair after three visits. They got us back on the road very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Charleston, Huntington, Ashland area. It would be well worth the drive to have them service/repair your vehicle

I asked for two front tires because I was here from Florida and I needed front tires that would be okay in the snow and I needed to get back to Roan Mountain in the morning I thought my back tires were okay and figured I would deal with them when I got back to Roan Mountain however the technician and the sales associate felt differently than me they felt my back tires were bad as well so the sales associate explained it all to me and gave me an offer that I could not refuse it was an amazing price I got all four tires replaced and I will tell you that the only reason the sales associate suggested this to me was because he was concerned about my safety going back to Tennessee a 4 1/2 hour drive! I could say more but I have to wait until I can find my glasses so I can give this particular sales associate the proper kudos he went above and beyond
