- AAAllyNov 22, 20253.0Only reason it is a three star , my husband and i were going on vacation and we rented a car from them . we made the 13 hour drive down with no problems . we had stopped somewhere and needed something out of the trunk , as we went to open the trunk we felt like grease on the trunk. weird but okay . we didn’t think anything of it . we get to where we are going and as we are parked my husband notices a puddle of oil under the car. we go 5-10 mins down the road and park again and there was ANOTHER puddle. turns out THE CAR HAD A HUGE OIL LEAK!!!! i’m not sure why they wouldn’t check the car for any damages or anything like that . thankfully the manager was able to help us after finally answering . we were able to switch the car out with no problems!
