  I really appreciated how smooth and easy the entire rental process was. The staff was friendly, the car was clean and in great condition, and pickup and drop‑off were both quick and hassle‑free. It was a positive experience from start to finish.

  A little over a year ago I got stuck using this car rental place because it's where my insurance sent me for a rental while my car was getting fixed after a pesky raccoon decided to interact with my radiator. The lady that checked me out was very friendly, happily answered all my questions and explained everything to me as far as what my insurance covered and what my out-of-pocket cost was going to be. I got a car that was pretty much brand new with only a few thousand miles on it and it was clean, very clean. The lady also showed me all the ins and outs of this car before sending me on my way. The whole process was pleasant and quick. I was also able to drop the car off after hours with no issues whatsoever. I very much appreciate that these people were able to take a tedious, and sometimes stressful, task and make it pleasant.

  The Enterprise business in Wis Rapids is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in...the agent who assisted me was absolutely phenomenal. I needed a rental because my car had been stolen. The agent understood and helped me through everything. I was in and out with a new rental in a very short time, thanks to the agent's expertise. I certainly do not hesitate at all in recommending the Wis Rapids Enterprise if you are in need of a rental vehicle.
