I was able to book my appointment next day for a morning drop off and afternoon pick up through the progressive app. After driving an hour each way plus borrowing a family member’s vehicle and driving home and back again, I was informed at the END OF THE DAY that they did not have my windshield and I should have never been able to schedule for next day service. Accidents happen so I scheduled another appointment for today….after driving an hour to the appointment they inform me that the windshield they received has a large scratch in it and I would need to schedule a 3rd appointment (they have had this scratched windshield for a week and failed to communicate this or order another one prior to my appointment) . I had to negotiate for a wiper comp for my inconvenience but that did not happen as after 2 failed appointments, 6 hours of drive time (250 total miles) and $100 in gas - I still have a broken windshield.
