  The 2 gentlemen who were working the front when I came in today were so helpful and professional. We needed a car last minute due to an accident and they found us a car within the hour of us calling.

  We came in after a small collision with a deer. Right next to the repair shop(Caliber Collision) so it made it easy to move stuff from one vehicle to the other. Got a Dodge Durango which was nice because it had almost all the same features as my Jeep. Only bad thing was our sheltie had to travel in a kennel.

  As I entered the establishment, I was immediately greeted by Michael. He was tied up with a couple of guests, but still took the time to acknowledge me with a warm, inviting, professional vibe. Once he finished, I explained what I was looking for and he executed perfectly. Since his location wasn’t open on Saturday, he followed up with the Stevens Point location. This entire team delivered top‑notch customer service. Everyone had a sense of humor. Tyler was the one I spoke with to figure out how I could get to Stevens Point to pick up the car, but they couldn’t make it happen on weekends due to short staffing. Then it felt like Taylor called a timeout on the court with management, because I really wanted to hear back from Tyler. All I kept thinking was, “I have to get to my friend’s wedding.” When I called back, Tyler greeted me by my name right away — so dope. He told me they would have the vehicle ready for me to pick up in Wisconsin Rapids instead of having to go to Stevens Point. That timeout on the court was worth the callback. When you have a team that wins and wants to see you win, you can’t lose. This is where you need to be — renting from your neighbor.

  Excellent service! Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a choice of what kind of car we wanted to rent. The rental process was fast and easy.
