  Waited over 20 mins while 2 female workers sat and talk to each other and there was a line of customers waiting to be checked out.

  Roy, Nate, and Darrel have always been extremely professional, quick, and helpful beyond what I could have asked for everytime I have stopped in. From checking my battery to changing my windshield wipers and friendly on top of all that Thank you for always helping when I need it!!!

  My precious trusted 24 yr old Toyota Camry’s battery died and in need of replacement and I knew I didn’t want to head to WALMART! Let’s just say…I was treated at the counter like I was their favorite great AUNT ! Not only was I quoted amazing battery prices, but explanations accompanying the differences, an extra 20$ for an additional year warranty , a no brainer, right? Professional, genuine, caring and efficient ! I even drove back after I installed my battery and they double checked and replaced a battery bolt clamp I lost! Love this dynamic team at Auto Zone! THANK YOU for being there - I appreciate YOU and sending my sister there to purchase two new batteries for her truck!

  Both Times in the last week iv been turned away with no answers from other parts stores and Autozone came through for me. These Guys and Gals are a relief. I wouldnt suggest going anywhere else in Rapids. If they cant provide it or find it for You they will point You in the Right Direction. Great job!!!
