  UPDATED My experience with this body was so extremely disappointing. Despite clearly stating in my claim that my vehicle had fluid leaks, the shop failed to inspect the oil pan, causing a major oil leak to go entirely undiagnosed. When I brought this to Progressives attention, I was ultimately denied coverage for the necessary repair. The workmanship was also substandard. Several trim pieces were misaligned, the damaged skid guard was never replaced, and multiple issues were overlooked - requiring me to return the car for a second visit. After that visit, I discovered a cracked component under the hood where parts had been replaced. The entire repair process took around two months, and even now the car still isn't properly repaired. This has been the worst auto body repair experience I've ever had. In response to your comment no one has reached out to me yet. It's going to cost me about $1000 out of pocket to repair my vehicle. Once again, the insurance company gets to walk away from something that was clearly caused by the incident, simply because they claim there's no way it could have happened from it. They get off scott-free, and I'm the one stuck paying the price. I honestly don't understand how this is even possible, and I feel completely defeated by the whole process.
