The manager, Carrie Bales, was outstanding—she walked me through all the repair choices with care and made sure I understood everything. Her thoroughness and readiness to answer any questions truly set the standard for superb customer service.
- BGBarb GoecknerApr 16, 20261.0Wednesday appointment to be done at my home turned into a 3:00 p.m. appointment at their shop turned into a 3:30 time didn't happen until 4:00 p.m. 5:30 still working on my car can't get the window to calibrate you'll have to bring it back and get a different window. I call Thursday about what's going on because I haven't heard anything and I can't use my cruise control in the meantime. Carrie says sure bring it in at 3:30 and they can recalibrate it it has to be done here at the shop. I take it back at 3:30 Thursday. Carrie is in some meeting in a back room apparently and does not come out. There is no one else there handling the office . When one of the guys came in from the shop I asked when they could get my car in to calibrate it. Shop guy says we can't recalibrate it you need a new window. I ask when can I find out what's happening with that. well you have to wait till Carrie's out of her meeting. At 4:15 Carrie still has not come out from her meeting. I left I'm tired of waiting I have a flooded basement at home and better things to do. In the meantime two other people need new windows due to the ones they installed not calibrating. Is it a thing for this shop? I am beyond upset!
