They did a great job spraying the back of my truck bed. No overspray. Had it done 4 yrs ago, still in top shape.
Truck Outfitters simplified my decision by recommending me the right truck cap for my needs, they made sure of the color match and the installation was professionally done and fast. I certainly recommend them.

Just had a cap and bed rug liner installed. I received quotes from a few different places, and truck outfitters by far had the best price and they were completely transparent with a fully itemized quote. I saved so much, I was able to go ahead and have a bed rug installed, and it still came out a little bit cheaper than just a cap at toys for trucks. Whenever I had a question, Courtney was very quick to respond over email always within 10-20 minutes. I drove over an hour to go here instead of toys for trucks, which was way overpriced and refused to break down the price for me. Truck outfitters also informed me of a great rebate going on, whereas toys for trucks didn’t tell me about it until I brought it up. I assume they were gonna pocket that money for themselves. It felt very shady, and their shop was ghetto too. Anyway, great pricing and the installation is top notch. They also have a very nice shop with lots of nice displays to check out. Couldn’t be any happier and I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs.

I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided by this company after paying close to $4,800.00 and with them not having the decency to address and correct their improper installation. I gave them an opportunity to resolve the several issues found before I wrote this review. I don't have the time or energy to be chasing a business. Therefore by writing this review, I am hoping I will help others who don't know what the underline problems could be with their installation and to avoid future problems which will occur over time if things are not done properly.
I discussed in detail how the cap installation needed to be done and wired properly due to previous problems with other companies on my other vehicles. They assured me that they understood the scope of work and promised that they will complete the work according to my expectations; however, THEY FAILED ON DOING SO.
After discovering all the problems with the installation, I spoke with the manager Doug over the phone, and explained in detail my findings. Doug then told me to send a detailed email along with pictures to my sales rep Courtney. I requested a confirmation email from Courtney that she received it and forwarded to her manager Doug, and she did so.
The following are the problems I discovered:
Wires were not properly secured. It was strongly stressed to install a hot wire from the battery so there wouldn't be any splicing into my current wires; NO HOT WIRE WAS RUN DIRECTLY TO THE BATTERY as I was told there was going to be. Wire harness is now compromised for oxidation which will destroy my harness (as shown on pictures) resulting on ME having to properly fix the wiring with the proper waterproof connector. Splicing into the wire - wrapping the new wire into the exciting one and then taping - IS NOT A PROPER CONNECTION.
In addition, I had to fix the wiring harness on the door because the installer installed it between the seal and the door. I was told they had to order a new door because it was bent; however, I discovered that the problem wasn't a bent door, the problem was the improper installation of the wiring harness. I was also told that the wiring harness wasn't the proper one for my cap (no pic on that since I fixed it before I was able to take a picture).
The tail light was not secured properly back in place either. The tail light was loose and I now have a broken clip that holds the light secure to the truck. Resulting on ME having to remove the tail light, purchased and install a new clip then remount the tail light properly.
