  We were an hour away from home with a tire that was rapidly losing pressure. We searched for the nearest tire shop and found Southtown Tire And Auto. By the time we pulled up to the shop, our tire only had 11 lbs of pressure. The team was super kind and took us immediately. They patched our tire and got us back on the road in no time. To say we were grateful would be an understatement. Wish we could give them more than just 5 stars!

  Add a slot reserved for a week to bring in a car to work on call the day of to let him know I was going to bring it in and be there in a few minutes and they gave away my slot not very professional and very very poor customer relations on the phone I would not trust these people to work on my kids big wheel. If they lie about a slot and can't keep the promise then they'll lie and be shady on other stuff too

  Been coming here for decades ... for both significant and routine maintenance ... their team has always provided knowledgable counsel, competent delivery, and honest dealings; plus, they are genuinely nice people with whom to work.

  I really like and trust this place, and im very glad I found them. They provide friendly, quick service, with excellent explanations and well itemized billing. I have had no surprises when working with this shop. The work done is quality and in all the years ive been going here ive never once had to repeatedly go back for something new a few days later or some new broken thing a week later. As I said - no surprises. They are easily the best auto mechanic experience ive had, and their prices are fair and reasonable for a highly professional shop. The truth is, no one wants or likes car repairs, so having people that can be trusted, that provide good estimates, and timely service makes it sting a little less. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

  Paid over $1100 for two wheel bearings and a CV joint. Just to have the stereotypical clicking when turning after and brake issues. Brake issues probably from original issue. Took to different shop they couldn’t explain the bearing said looked hammered on or something for repack and seal job recommended full wheel hub said cost about the same more for parts but way less labor and things that can go wrong, the CV joint basically disintegrated when looking at it. Got rid of a vibration but wonder what the parts cost was for?
