    DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE: They do not want your business... I set up my FIRST appointment for a simple frost heater and rear bumper trim install, which I supplied both of the parts. I also wanted them to look at a few small things, all of which I was told could be done in a day no problem. I setup my appointment in advance and was told I was going to get a quote for the heater install, which I never received. I dropped off my car the night before, and they had the entire next day to work on it. I called the day of dropping it off, and was told the frost heater quote would be given as soon as they can look at my vehicle. The day of my appointment, I received 0 calls from midcoast from 8AM to 4:40PM. I called at 11:30 to check on the status and inquire about my quote, I was told "They are still working on it, getting you all of the information so we only need to make one call vs. several." I waited until 1:00 and then I tried to call to see what was going on. No answer. I get hung up on, put on hold for 5 mins at a time and talk to no one. I try calling again at 2:00, again no one is answering, or I get put on hold immediately with no answer. I try again at 3:00, with no one answering OR calling me back. At this point I have no idea the status of my car of these installs. I end up having to leave work early because I have not heard a thing about my appointment other than "They are working on it" at 11:30. I finally get someone on the phone at 4:40 when I am already on my way there to pick it up. The BOZO who I was dealing with tells me "I tried to call at 1:30 with your quotes"... I never got a call from midcoast or any other numbers all day. I was watching my phone for this call and I did not miss any. He tells me they didnt do any of the installs because it is against their policy to do any of the work before the quotes are excepted? Even when explaining this to me, he STILL DID NOT PROVIDE ANY QUOTES! I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY DID for the 8.5 hrs they "worked" on my vehicle. I still dont even know what the quotes are because he never told me. I went in to get my key and the BOZO just hands me my key and turns around n walks away. This place is an absolute JOKE! Consider yourself warned and take your car/money elsewhere!

    I called them they said hold and put me on hold. Totally rude not good afternoon thank you for calling blah blah blah can you please hold.Just Rude!!!

    My 2011 Mazda has been my old faithful for years now. I try my very best to take good care of it. Imagine the disappointment (and fear) when it suddenly stalled on a hill while I was driving. I thought buying a new car would be the best option, but after a referral, I also booked an appointment at Midcoast Auto. While I waited for the appointment date, I went to several different dealerships, but could not quite find a vehicle that felt like “mine”. Eventually, it came time for the appointment at Midcoast, I received a quote, approved the work and had my car back the very next day. Turns out my Mazda still felt like “mine”; it just needed some TLC. The customer service was great, the drop off and pick up were seamless and the repair was very affordable. They also determined I needed a little suspension work, and because I had such an awesome experience with the initial repair, I booked another repair right away. My car was done by 12pm the day after I dropped it off the second time. (I did not get an estimate for that repair prior to it being completed, but luckily it was also affordable). I dealt with two different individuals at the front desk via phone and in-person, and both were great. 5 stars across the board. No complaints. My baby drives like a new car! Shoutout to Jon and the team.
