The employees were knowledgeable and recognized that I needed a build specific battery. (Japan vs Mexico build). Even with it being extremely cold, the employee who helped me installed my battery quickly and efficiently. (William is his name, I believe) Please note, have your car prepped. I.e. free of corrosion, battery easily accessible, etc. Thankfully, my battery met all criteria for installation. Thanks to the staff!
