I immediately call the store for them to explain to me the email their response “ yeah some short white girl picked it up” i tell them that nobody was meant to pick up my order and that this a mistake on their part and if i can pick it up later when i got off of work they said no because someone picked it up. my order was already payed for online. They tell me to call the 877 number they have me on hold for 1hr to end up telling me they cant do anything because it was picked up already. I demand a refund and they give me the same excuse i told them i was going to file a police report and their whole attitude shifted. They try to make file a complain thru hr and hanged up. Ended up getting refund but wastes so much time and had to go to the store to demand it. I suggest moving forward to train your employees to not give random people orders or to own up to their mistakes never had issue with any advance auto except this one.
