- MMMakenaMar 15, 20261.0I rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location from approximately February 23, 2026 through March 6, 2026. The experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. During my rental period, I had to exchange the vehicle twice due to issues with the cars provided. The first vehicle had an engine light come on shortly after I received it. When I exchanged it, the second vehicle had a tire pressure warning light on. When I reported the issue to staff, I was told to “go get some air.” That is not the responsibility of the customer. Rental vehicles should be properly inspected and maintained before being given to customers. This location clearly does not keep up with the condition of its vehicles. In addition, the staff were EXTREMELY slow…. Especially the larger bodied lot guy who pulls up the cars, and the entire operation felt very disorganized. At the end of my rental, I was also promised that one day of the rental cost would be removed from my total due to the repeated issues. That discount was never applied. I even contacted customer service and was told someone from corporate would follow up with me, but no one ever did. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of vehicle maintenance, poor communication, and failure to honor what was promised to the customer is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will never ever rent from Enterprise again.
