  If I could give zero stars I would. Enterprise Wauwatosa confirmed my reservation Thursday. Saturday we go to pick the vehicle up and are told the employee left a message letting us know they didn’t have the vehicle size we needed. That never happened. After showing a transcribed copy of the message left and that i immediately called back, and no one spoke a word about not having the vehicle, there was zero empathy or apologies. The “manager” said he called a different branch and spoke to their manager. The reservation was moved to that different location which I had to drive to in the opposite direction. Get there, they have no idea what we are talking about. Previous “manager” sent us to the wrong place. We drive another 15 minutes back the other way where Trevor did everything he could to help us. He apologizes repeatedly for mistakes that were not even his and made sure we were in and out. We also were incorrectly informed by Wauwatosa we could use a debit card as long as it had a chip. This isn’t the case so instead of getting a vehicle big enough to transport all of the passengers we had, we had to use our personal vehicle and a smaller van Enterprise rented us. We were told we would not be charged for gas but Wauwatosa called incorrectly telling us otherwise. They should not have been involved since they royally screwed up and the reservation was moved from them anyway. This was an extremely important event we had that was nearly ruined because of this experience. If not for Trevor things would have been way worse. There is so much more I could add but I’ve said enough for now. I absolutely would not recommend Enterprise especially in Wauwatosa and especially if you don’t have anything important to do the day of the rental reservation.

  I had a great experience at the Wauwatosa location. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, helpful and took time to answer my questions as a first time renter. Thanks guys!
