    We had great customer service. The mini van we were supposed to rent came back from the previous rental with a crack in the windshield. Enterprise called ahead of time to let us know of the problem. When we got there Lucas offered us a lot of other options, including a passenger van. Lucas was very friendly and accommodating. We ended up renting the passenger van and it worked perfectly for what we needed. Thank you!

    Truck prices was good, but mileage a day isn't cool!! I drove 1400 miles round trip and was only given 200 miles free a day, at .29 a mile that adds up quickly. For trips over 500 miles each way you should give customers 400 free miles daily . My mileage was more than my two day truck rental. I will differently be seeking something more cost-effective. This is my only issue.
