I love this enterprise more than any other because the staff is friendly and helpful. Lucas ain’t know I was having a horrible morning but his light spirit and funny jokes turned my day around . The other lady ( I hope she forgives me for forgetting her name) was a life saver for finding and securing my “son’s” property that I left in a previous rental. 10/10 would recommend 💗

I’ve been trying to reach the area manager & each time, I’ve been told I’d be contacted. Given this was my first time renting, I’m truly disappointed and wish I knew better than to rent from here. Felt like I was targeted due to my age and ethnicity from the lady manager, whereas everyone else was easy going from the beginning—until I returned my rental. There’s no picture evidence at all that the damage was there prior & overlooked where it’s been asked by my insurance and myself, and now I’m stuck fighting for something I didn’t do. All they can say is “we note it on our kiosk”. Truly disheartening and something I never want to experience again.
