I asked if he could help me install it because I had tried to do it myself but couldn’t get the old bulb out. Zach kindly offered to help, but after a few minutes he asked his coworker Austin to assist as well. Both of them stood out in the freezing cold to help me get the new bulb installed, and they went above and beyond with their customer service. I felt bad because of the weather, but I’m truly grateful for their kindness and willingness to help. Definitely coming back to this store.
