He, Taylor, apologies for the condition of the car on behalf of his company, Enterprise rental 🚗... Congratulations Taylor on your promotion and because of you and the Boulder Hwy Enterprise manager, Channel Noble, in Las Vegas Nevada, where I returned the rental car passing on My concern tells Me that Enterprise rental car 🚗 has great internal communications between their offices to ensure customer satisfaction.

- AJA JohnsonFeb 7, 20261.0On Monday Progressive stated in email that a car was booked for Tuesday, Enterprise stated in voicemail that a car was booked for Tuesday. When I called Tuesday morning confirm timing they told me nothing was booked. I booked a mid sized sedan for Wednesday, and they gave me a mustang convertible, which was worthless in Wisconsin in January with children. I had to go back Friday to exchange for a normal car. Multiple unnecessary trips and no help from staff. After the "Response From Owner", I followed the instructions as requested but was unable to do anything. I also dont understand why I need to waste more time to make up for failures from Enterprise.
