  Just got my oil changed and I cannot express how the service was! It was great! I am really bad at names, I literally just left and already forgot everyone’s name. But as a female who dreads to go do oil changes, they were very kind and they showed me everything that needed to be changed and gave me information on what can be done. I found a new spot to get services done to my car. Thank you!

  everyone was professional and engaging. Phoenix was excellent and he made us laugh. He offered additional services but was not overly aggressive. We would gladly return based on this visit

  I went to the store in Wausau. Derek, Shane and Jacob got the job done! Never been here before but knew it was needed. I pulled up and asked how long and Derek quickly replied 15mins. Perfect! Pulled in, asked me questions and Shane and Jacob got straight to work. They all were polite to me and helpful! I did not know all these other things were getting checked, greatly appreciate that and totally worth it! I will DEFINITELY be stopping back in! Thank-you to the guys for taking care of me!

  Survey Comment: Upon arrival at 3:40 pm, there was 1 vehicle in each of the 2 bays. I waited outside for about 5 minutes and someone came out and said it would likely be about 15-20 minutes but to remain at bay 1. 3 other vehicles arrived as I waited outside. 30 minutes passed and then the vehicle in bay 2 was finished. They pulled out and the person that arrived after me was directed into bay 2. 20 more minutes passed and the vehicle in bay 2 was finished. Again, they directed another vehicle that arrived after me into bay 2. Why didn’t they direct me to bay 2 since I was there waiting and they told me I would be helped next? It was 1 hour waiting outside bay 1 before the vehicle was finished and I pulled into bay 1. I did receive an apology which didn’t seem sincere and a 15$ discount. I won’t be going back to this location and will be researching other options nearby.
