    The Enterprise rental car 🚗 at Wausa, Wisconsin manager, Taylor, is very nice and he called Me and texted Me to correct a bad situation that occurred. I received a $55 reduction of My bill, which is very very professional for a business 👏 to do , especially for a business manager, Taylor, to initiate. He, Taylor, apologies for the condition of the car on behalf of his company, Enterprise rental 🚗... Congratulations Taylor on your promotion and because of you and the Boulder Hwy Enterprise manager, Channel Noble, in Las Vegas Nevada, where I returned the rental car passing on My concern tells Me that Enterprise rental car 🚗 has great internal communications between their offices to ensure customer satisfaction.

    On Monday Progressive stated in email that a car was booked for Tuesday, Enterprise stated in voicemail that a car was booked for Tuesday. When I called Tuesday morning confirm timing they told me nothing was booked. I booked a mid sized sedan for Wednesday, and they gave me a mustang convertible, which was worthless in Wisconsin in January with children. I had to go back Friday to exchange for a normal car. Multiple unnecessary trips and no help from staff. After the "Response From Owner", I followed the instructions as requested but was unable to do anything. I also dont understand why I need to waste more time to make up for failures from Enterprise.

    My rental was amazing with the help from John Merkatoris and Savannah Gesick at this location. Very polite and professional. Will rent from here again if needed, Hope they are there to assist me with it.
