  I drive miles out of my way for Carbuffs services.....they close whenever and are unreliable, don't waste your time for this business

  I always get the best car wash, and typically I don’t complain but… the last few times there has been no attention to detail. I get that I’m not getting a full detail, but for almost $40, wipe the seats. Plus there were still wrappers in the cup holders. I could have done a better job at home.

  Paid for the best car wash only to have them not wipe anything off in the interior and then scratch my truck. Manager had the nerve to say they don't dry in circular motions since the scratches are in circular patterns. After I told them of course they do. I watch every time and inspect my truck every time. You could they were fresh. Took it to the dealership right after and he also agreed with me. Never going back.

  The last four times that I have went here they have not paid attention to detail. I buy the more expensive package and every time I have to say something about wiping down the car or that they missed a spot when it's obvious that it needs to be wiped down. The only upside was the manager either refunding me or giving me a free car wash. But I shouldn't have to go through this and ask them to do their job properly.
