The appointment was set to take 2-4 hours and it was most certainly done before the 3 hour mark and that included them explaining everything very well and addressing all my concerns and questions definitely will be taking my vehicle there for all my vehicle needs from now on. Also the from desk people were very helpful when my paperwork ended up a little wrong, and it wasn't even thier fault.
